Live Dead & Brothers Finale — Sunday, June 28, 2026
Baker comes to Syracuse • 3-week build • Grateful Dead tribute show finale • One Giant Purple Bong
Gonzo ShootCo-Branded MerchBong On StageBudtender AppCross-Social
Syracuse is the next Jerome Baker drop, partnered with Flintstone Cannabis (Nick Moore & Luke Dewitt). Same playbook as Long Island and Rockland: treat Baker — the 5.5-ft handblown purple bong, now with a remote fog machine and internal lights — like an out-of-towner seeing Syracuse for the first time. We build for ~3 weeks (product in store, staff trained & geared, hype), then cap it with a Gonzo content run that finales at the Live Dead & Brothers Grateful Dead tribute show on Sunday, June 28.
⛓️ Built from the June 1 GanjaHub / Jerome Baker huddle (David, Nick Moore, Luke Dewitt, Jona). Locations and the venue call are Luke & Nick's home turf — fill in / correct anything directly; every field and dropdown on this page saves to the shared team database. Concept art / venue photos to follow.
Two Flintstone locations are on the table. Luke to send David a video tour of Stafford Boulevard / Downtown so he can read the space; Flynn may have a preference. Downtown is the more robust/high-traffic location; State Fair (Flintstone North) is the "Taj Mahal" setup — better backdrop for social. Lock this before content planning.

Replicate the Long Island playbook (drone arrival, candid/deadpan, run-and-gun, no permits). The arc: store in the morning → local lunch legend → Syracuse nightlife → finale at the show. Each beat drops as its own post in the build-up.

Arrival
"Baker makes it to Syracuse." Drone in on the dispensary, Baker rolls up with JFK luggage / road case, staff come out to meet him, everyone takes pics. Morning store content with the team.
Local lunch
Take Baker to a Syracuse "local legend" — food truck / institution. The spot a local would take an out-of-town guest.
Nightlife / landmark
Syracuse icons — the Dome (Carrier Dome / "Orange Man Stadium", SU + ESF), Westcott Theater, Beacon Skiff. "If your cousin flew in from California, where would you take him?"
Street teaser
Roll Baker — lit up — down the street. "Spot big purp in Syracuse this week → free concert ticket"; selfie with Baker → free pre-roll.
Finale — the show
Sunday, June 28: get Baker on stage at Live Dead & Brothers. Hype all week — the payoff post of the Syracuse arc.
Crew mirrors LI: Sasha directs / social content, Sanja Ganja on-camera, David producing. Come up a day or two before the 28th to capture content; finale at Sunday night's show.
Glass and flower come together — the whole point. Glass-tipped, hand-rolled joints (no canoeing), premium strains; the glass premiumizes the flower and locks the shelf space. Everything ships on one truck; refills auto-restock (sell a big bong → next one comes on the next truck with the weed).

Flintstone gets a store account; staff are uploaded and get the budtender tools + all training. Complete training (or log a sale) → earn a code → order real co-branded merch carrying both Jerome Baker and the store name, unique to this drop — t-shirts, hats, iPhone cases, clearly marked industry only (member-of-the-team feel; not a keychain/lanyard/pen).
Assets: JBD sends clean digital files + glassblowing clips for in-store screens (same as Rockland).
Engage the team: bring Jerome Baker gear/pieces for staff; Jason signs them June 18–20. "Nobody wants to buy weed from their dad" — the budtenders move the product.
